Acrogym

My Goals
● To be able to perform polished formations and
routines.
● To be able to work well in a team. I was teamed up
with 2 girls who were new this year, and I found it fun
to work in an organized way. I was happy to be given
the opportunity to work with Aarvi and Alisa, who
were both new. I was also elated to work with Jiya and
Cassandra, who I already knew from last year. Both are
my friends and they helped me tremendously.
● Overall, I think the 2 main things needed to work well
are discipline within a team, knowledge and skill.
What is acrogym ?

ACRO GYM’S BASIC SKILLS ARE, A SPORT THAT INVOLVES EXERCISES


CHOREOGRAPHY, AGILITY, BALANCE, INTENDED TO DISPLAY STRENGTH AND
STRENGTH, AND GRACE AND THE USE OF BALANCE AND AGILITY.
APPARATUS CREATES THE DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN ONE GYMNASTICS DISCIPLINE AND
ANOTHER.
Formation 1
The first formation included,
Aarvi in the crawl-up pose, Jiya in the handstand, me standing on Aarvi, Cassandra supporting Jiya, I holding
Cassandra’s shoulders, and finally Alisa in the middle kneeling with her hands in the air. The reason we chose
this formation is because it looks attractive.
Formation 2

● This formation includes,


● Alisa and Cassandra in the crawl-up pose,
● Jiya and I stand up on them holding hands for support,
● And finally, Aarvi takes a picture for the records.
● We chose this formation because we thought it was
● Simple, short and sweet.
Formation 3

● This is when Alisa and Cassandra are in


Crawl-up pose, Jiya does the crawl-up pose
On them, and finally, I climb on all of them,
Standing. The reason we chose this formation
Is because it looked advanced, and this was
one of our first first formations.
Formation 4

● This formation includes, Jiya on the headstand,


● Cassandra with support for Jiya,
● Alisa kneeling with one leg up,
● And finally, me, leaning on Alisa
● We decided to do this as it wasn’t time consuming.
Formation 5

● Our final sequence goes like this :


● Alisa goes in first and kneels with her hands on the floor.
● Then Cassandra comes in. She stands opposite Alisa.
● I come in next. With the help of Cassandra, I climb on Alisa’s back. Cassandra then turns around and I hold her
shoulders for support.
● Then Aarvi comes in. She goes on the bridge beside Alisa.
● Jiya comes in next. She does the handstand and Cassandra holds her legs for support.
● We decided to do this because it fitted perfectly into our abilities.
Formation 6
● Our final sequence goes like this :
● Alisa goes in first and kneels with her hands on the floor.
● Then Cassandra comes in. She stands opposite Alisa.
● I come in next. With the help of Cassandra, I climb on Alisa’s back.
Cassandra then turns around and I hold her shoulders for support.
● Then Aarvi comes in. She goes on the bridge beside Alisa.
● Jiya comes in next. She does the handstand and Cassandra holds her legs There’s a

● Finally, for exiting, Jiya and I jump down and go directly on the splits.
● Aarvi and Cassandra exit.

● We decided to do this because again, it fitted our abilities and strength.
