Detailed Lesson Plan in Physical Education Grade 7

April 22 , 2022

I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, 90% of the students are expected to be:
A. Determine the different locomotor and non-locomotor skills,
B. Distinguish locomotor and non-locomotor skills; and
C. Create simple steps of dance exercise using loco motor and non-locomotor
skills.

B. Material: Laptop , Power Point Presentation , and Pictures
C. References: Physical Education and Health 7, P.p 193-195
