I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
1. discuss badminton, its equipment, proper footwork and proper holding of
racket;
2. demonstrate the proper footwork and proper holding of racket; and
3. appreciate the importance of badminton through demonstrating the proper
footwork and proper holding of racket.
III. PROCEDURE

C. Presentation (Lecture/Discussion)
BADMINTON
This morning, we are going to discuss Sir, for me, badminton is game played using a
Badminton. Who has an idea about it? racket and shuttlecock.
Court
The badminton court should be 44 feet
long by 22 feet wide if playing doubles, and
44 feet long by 17 feet wide for singles.

off. Group 1 will sit here, Group 2 there,
Group 3 there. All you need to do is to

demonstrating in front. Only 1 rating from
each group, the highest rate is five (5) and
the lowest rate is one (1). And the group got
the highest rating will recognize as VERY
GOOD. I will give you 3 minutes to practice
it and 2 minutes’ presentation.
And the group who got the highest rating is
the Group 1. Let us give them a “kamo na!,
