At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
a. Identify the components of physical fitness under Health- related fitness and Skill- related
fitness.
b. Differentiate Health-related fitness and Skill-related fitness.
c. Perform the different Physical Fitness test

“Before we start, let us pray first.

“So we have, Muscular Strength, Agility,
Body composition, Speed, Reaction Time,
Muscular Endurance, Cardiorespiratory,
Flexibility, Power, Speed, and lastly Balance.”

the physical fitness. And you found 11 words

components. So that it is important to uphold
and build up these components to do the things
