requisite for physical activity assessment performance, and as a career opportunity

B. Performance Standard
The learner... Leads fitness events with proficiency and confidence resulting in independent
pursuit
and in influencing others positively

C. Specific Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:

a. Identify the components of Health-related fitness

b. Perform and record accurately their data at the health-related physical fitness Components

c. Appreciate and find pleasure in the determining their Health Physical fitness Components
measurements test.

A. Motivation
Directions: Classify the following activities according on which belong to the related fitness. The
RIGHT side indicate the Skill Related Fitness while the LEFT side indicate the Health-Related Fitness .
Choose your answer from the text box and divide the students into 3 groups.

Presentation of the lesson


The teacher will present the Lesson Objectives
a. Identify the components of Health-related fitness
b. Perform and record accurately their data at the health-related physical fitness Components
c. Appreciate and find pleasure in the determining their Health Physical fitness Components
measuring test.

B. Analysis
1. The teacher will ask the following questions:
A. Class who among you knows how to measure the Zipper test, 3-minute step test, and push
up?

B. Class what do you think is the reason why I ask all of you to research about on how you
measure your Health fitness test?

2. A. Discussion proper about Health-Related Fitness Components


B. The teacher will explain the purpose of each kind of test, the equipment to be used and the
procedure for the test.

C. Abstraction
The teacher will ask if they understand the lesson. The teacher will ask the students randomly
about the lesson.

D. Application
Ok class now I will group you in four groups each group will send to the different station and you
should have to finished the task that assign to you.
1. Using the materials like tape measure and etc. I would like to record your analysis on the
paper.

2. The teacher will assign to station in which they move and start the test.
Each group will choose 3 representatives to perform on the activity and they will give 10 minutes
to finish all the station.

3. The students will proceed to the next station until all station have been taken up.
First station: Flexibility: Zipper Test
Second station: Cardiovascular: 3-Minute Step Test
Third station: Strength: Push-up

IV. Evaluation:
Recording of their Health Physical Fitness Test measurements.

V. Assignment:

Do the test that we discussed to the other levels and write down the results in Index Card and
bring P.E uniform or Jogging pants.
