4A’s Detailed Lesson Plan in Locomotor and Non-Locomotor Movements


I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, students can be able to:
 Identify the different kind of Locomotor and Non-Locomotor Movements;
 Perform the Locomotor and Non-Locomotor Movements;
 Appreciate the importance of Locomotor and Non-Locomotor Movements
through executing happily with classmates.

II. Subject Matter


Topic: Physical Fitness
Sub-Topic: Locomotor and Non-Locomotor Movements.
Reference: Physical Education and Health 7 p.p 193-195
Materials: Visual Aid, printed picture, speaker

a. Greetings
“Good morning class!” “Good morning, Ma’am”
“How are you today?” “We’re all good Ma’am”

b. Prayer
“Please may I request Junathan to lead
the prayer.” Our Father thou art in Heaven. . . Amen.

c. Attendance
“Marry kindly check the attendance.” “Yes, Ma’am.”

d. Classroom Management
This time, we will have our classroom
management.

Loco-motor movements- these are


movements where the body travels
through space from one location to
another.

walking.
