When we say Locomotor are the movements that
allow us to move from one place to another. It is
coined from the latin word, “Locos” which means
place, and “motor”, which means movement.
Locomotor are done by moving the body from one
place to another.
Class, here are the basic locomotor movements,
kindly read the first one,
