Within one hour of teacher-student interaction the student shall:

a. Identify the different Locomotor Movements.

b. Value the locomotor through reciting the eight movements of locomotor.

c. Perform the eight locomotor movements.

allow us to move from one place to another. It is
coined from the latin word, “Locos” which means
place, and “motor”, which means movement.

will give.
