Title: CET-SSC and Course-Org Officers Team Building.


Rationale:
To conduct a team building activity for the college council officers, (VSU CET-SSC)
college council committee members, (CSSCA, IGC, CAE, CJSR, CI) along with its affiliated
course organization officers (PICE, PSME, PSABE, GEP, MetSoc, CS³). Participants of this
project shall consist the president down to its year level representatives. The purpose of the
activity is to ensure a strong bond within the college organizations promoting a healthy work
environment and good communication for future projects. This will also test the leadership of
the officers in handling their respective course organizations as well as the entire student body.
The said activity will also provide a medium for reconnection between officers, resolve internal
conflicts and promote professionalism in the council. The activity will be conducted on
November 27, 2023 at VSU Beach Garden Baybay City, Leyte. This is one of the socio-cultural
activities to be executed which will benefit both the student council and the student body, in
accordance to Section 6, Article IX of the CBL.
Objectives:
Generally, the goal of this activity is to offer a team building for the college and course student
organization officers. Specifically, the activity aims to:
1. Strengthen relationship among officers
2. Resolve internal conflicts
3. Promote cooperation for future college projects.
4. Produce professional and reliable student officers.
Methodology/Strategy:
1. Provide a notice for the course organizations about the said activity in order to
project a budget for the event.
2. Secure activity venue and resources needed.
3. Construct an organized plan of activities to be conducted on the project. Following
such plan committees are assigned to conduct such tasks:
• Food & Drinks: IGC, Course-Org Officers
• Registration of Participants: Secretary and Course-Org Representatives
• Program and Games: CSSCA and CI
• Venue Design and Sounds: CAE and CJSR

Expected Outcome:
With this activity, it is expected to heighten the capabilities of the student officers in
terms of leadership and social affairs, providing productive projects ahead. In accordance to
that, the College of Engineering and Technology will produce a much refined and
synchronized student council officers.
