    Objectives Remarks

    1 Present the list of planned activities to the community such as


    the creation of a fan page group, initiation of a market day,
    and other supporting activities that will help in raising funding
    and tapping out potential volunteers

    2 Review, update, and substantiate the Project Report &


    Proposal by conducting further groundwork and revalidation of
    data

    3 Conduct interviews, photo and video documentation in the


    community

    4 Invite a pool of advocates and introduce them to the situation


    of the community and the background of the project, and
    explore volunteer work partnerships with them.

    5 Brainstorm and agree on next steps and plans for the


    succeeding Community Visits.
