I. Title:
“Imparting Knowledge through Tutorial in Basic Education”

II. Project Site/Location:


The project is set at Brgy. Badio, Pinili, Ilocos Norte.

III. Implementation Period:


It is projected that this will be implemented on the duration of 2nd semester of the
Academic Year 2015-2016.

IV. Clients:
The beneficiaries of the project will be the pre-schoolers of Badio Day Care Center.

V. Budget:
The budget of this project will be Php. 8,000

VI. Source of Fund:
1. Solicitation letters will be given to the selected citizens of Pinili. The letters will
be retrieved after couple of days
2. Income generating project(IGP) by collecting of bottles and other recycle
materials that can be sold.
3. Voluntary contributions, these will be given by the members of the group to
assignment the expenses needed in every project.

VIII. Rationale of the Project:


This project aims to enhance the pre-schoolers of Badio. It is also an extension of
the lesson imparted by the teacher to help them improve the ability of the pre-schoolers
to read, write, listen and speak. It also boots the confidence of the kids so that they could
feel ease when participating in any activities related to the different areas.
This project to be conducted helps to immerse the awareness of the parents to do
their responsibilities towards the development of the pre-schoolers. Furthermore, it also
motivates their willingness to join the activities of the project. This also help the parents
because they cant afford to have a tutorial services for their children. The advocacy of
this project is to help the pre-schoolers in any field of study and to improve their ability
to think and learn.
Most importantly, the project itself is also s good training ground for the
implementors who will be future teachers. They will be expose on real-life classroom
management and they’ll be able to motivate well young learners in this case, it will give
them ease when they will be facing the real scenario of teaching in the future.

IX. Objectives of the Project:

A. At the end of the project. The pupils will be able to:


 Identify basic shapes and colors.
 Memorize the Lupang Hinirang, Panatang Makabayan.
 Memorize songs and poems.
 Enhance their knowledge in all subject areas.
 Develop their skills and talents.
 Manifest effective way on learning
 Help them excellently equip with the right knowledge in learning and doing good
manners.

B. To the teacher and parents:


 Help them doing their responsibilities in teaching their sons/daughters.
 Help them captivate their child in studying as well as in showing the talent of the
pre-schoolers.

C. To the implementors:
 To develop their ability to manange pre-schoolers to be an effective teacher
someday.
 To enhance their ability to teach others specially to their future students.

X. Project Background:
The project entitled ‘’Imparting Knowledge through Tutorial in Basic Education.
This aims to help the teacher and the parents of the pre-schoolers vigilant in the needs of
their pupil/children which may lead to their children a better future and also to the pupils
of the Day Care Center of Badio to enhance their knowledge, skills and talents and also
their ability as a learners. Furthermore, this projects advocacies the following:
 To develop a good moral activities.
 To build a child-friendly school.
 To uphold the dignity of the pre-schoolers.
 To share informations about how to be a good citizen in our society.

C. Evaluation Aspects:
The success of this project depends not only to the implementors but most
importantly to the cooperation of the teacher, parents, the citizens odf Brgy. Badio and all
the pre-schoolers. In order to achieve success of the project, the implementors should
consider the project like a lesson plan. First, motivate people. They need to motivate
people in the community, parents and teacher to have few to go hand-in-hand to achieve
goals of the project. Second, is to implement needs to implement the project carefully,
the program to be able to make differences among the learners. Third, evaluate one’s
need to ensure that these are positive changes to the learners. Implements should see to it
that there are instructional materials and clear purposeful objectives to realize such goals.
All the people involved in the project should do their parts most specially the
implementors. After the activity, they should apply what they’ve learned from the said
project. They should make use of the things they’ve learned in order for them to have a
better life.
