Theme: “Reminiscing the Past, Celebrating the Present, and Envisioning the Future”

Dear Sir,

Good day! I am writing this proposal letter to express my interest in the upcoming
Foundation Day celebration of our school. This is a special day when the entire school has a chance
to reflect not only the beginnings of I S School of Technology and Skills Development Inc. and its
founders, but also on the significant development since School’s inception.

In support in our school’s Foundation Day celebration, we proposed two days celebration for
our event. During these days, we prepare some activities to be participated by our students.

Opening of the activities

 First Day
Food Bazaar (9:00AM – 11:00AM)
 Mechanics: Each section will select and prepare one easy Filipino vegetable
recipes that stand as their main dish. The school staff will taste and select or
vote one dish that will got the highest score. The section who will got the
highest votes will be the winner.

Vegetable Carving Contest (11:00AM – 12:00NN)

 Mechanics: Each section will select two representatives to compete with the
other sections. They can use different kind of vegetables to carve. They’ll
only have one hour to do carving. After that, the selected judges will choose
one winner.

Mobile Games Contest (1:00PM – 2:00PM)

 Mechanics: The coordinators will select ten competitors to this game. They’ll
group each students into two groups, five members each. They’ll play Mobile
Legends using their cellphones. The team who got the “victory” will win.

Spoken Poetry Contest (2:00PM – 4:00PM)

 Mechanics: The coordinators will select students who want to participate in
this contest. Each participants will compose their original piece. The selected
judges will decide who the winner is by the criteria of judging.

 Second Day
Zumba Dance Contest (7:00AM – 10:00AM)
 Mechanics: Each strand will perform a Zumba dance number with costumes.
The selected judges will decide who will win with the help of criteria for
judging.

Impromptu Portrait Contest (10:00AM – 12:00NN)

 Mechanics: Coordinators will select students who wants to participate with
the said contest. Each participants will prepare their art materials. And the
coordinators will prepare real things that the student participant will copy or
draw. The selected judges will decide who is will win by the criteria of
judging.

 Awarding of Winners (1:00PM – 2:30PM)

 Closing Remarks (2:30PM – 3:30PM)
