SUBJECT-NUTRITION

COOKERY PROGRAMME PLANNING AGENDA

We are the students of Y.M.T School of nursing GNM 1 st year have conducted cookery programme on
13th October 2021 Wednesday the venue was Y.M.T School of nursing Nutrition Lab.

The total strength of 1st year class is 60 students .These 60 students were divided into 4 groups in each
group 15 students were there. The dishes which we have to prepare for cookery programme were given
by the teachers .The dishes were classified into four types of diet they are as follows

I. Liquid Diet
II. Semisolid Diet
III. Solid Diet
IV. Theraputic Diet

In the cookery programme we are the members of second group our group name is
Group B. In our group there are total 15 members they are as follows

15. Kunal More

To prepare these dishes group members are segregated in too pairs. Each pair is
going to prepare one dish. And for liquid diet single group member is going to
prepare single dish and there will be one common helper for them.
Let’s have a look wich diet is prepare by whom
 LIQUID DIET :-
Black Coffee = Miss.Vaishali Kanoje
ORS = Mr.Nitesh More
Helping hand for them is Miss Manisha Kamble

 SEMISOLID DIET :-
Rice kanji = Miss. Swapna Kothekar
Dall soup = Miss. Aasima Lokhande
Miss.Parnika Gaikwad
Palak soup = Miss.Gauravi Kuthe
Miss. Pradnya Godbole
 SOLID DIET :-
Eggcustard = Miss. Aqsa Kazi
Miss.Anagha Goshi
Idli = Mr.Nitesh Gosavi

 THERAPUTIC DIET :-
Mix pulses salad =Miss. Rinku Gavit
=Miss. Anushka Jadhav

To have proper knowledge regarding these disheswe have prepared


some charts which defines the nutritive value which includes the
ingredients ,quantity,calories,energy,protein,fat,carbohydrate ,sodium,
minerals. The charts are prepare by the individual who had prepared
that dish.

The cleanliness members are also decided in the group


Miss. Anushka Jadhav and Miss. Aqsa Kazi is going to guide
in maintaining hygine while cooking and they will also help
in cleaning the untensils used for cooking.

Mr. Suraj Jadhav and Mr. kunal More have performed role
as a helping hand for the entire Group B.
After the preparation of food and platting we all are ready
for the presentation.Respected principal mam came to
each group personally and asked certain questions related
to the dishes we had cooked and guided us in a proper
manner and have encouraged and appriciated for the
work done by all of us.
