At the end of the lesson the students will able to:
A. Identify the GO, GROW, and GLOW food using some pictures.
B. Know the difference and importance of GO, GROW, GLOW foods and good
eating habits.
C. Classify the given foods as GO, GROW, and GLOW foods.

Now class, let us remember that we need to
take care of our health especially the food
