There are different parts of your
body that help you move and do
everyday activities. These body parts
enable you to do specific movements
even if you are just standing in place
or moving around. You have to move
these body parts properly so you
could do the things that make you
active and useful.

Gymnastics can help develop these. Some gymnastics positions also
help improve proper posture.
Body shapes pertain to all positions and forms that you can do to
your body.
It is very helpful to be able to do this well because they can keep our
bodies fit and healthy through simple exercises. Some of these
positions are even used in our everyday activities.
