Subject: G7 & G8 Leadership Camp

Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you about The Leadership Camp 2023 for Secondary students on October
3rd – 4th, 2023. The camp is an annual program of JAC School to help students build their positive
characters that improve their resilience and social skills.
The details of the event would be as follows:
Day/Date : Tuesday - Wednesday, October 3rd – 4th, 2023
Place : Villa Bukit Pinus, Kp. Legok Nyenang Desa/Kel. Pancawati Kec. Caringin Kab. Bogor
Theme : “THE LEADER IN ME”
Attire : PE Uniform and sport shoes during departure

Note:
1. Dismissal at JAC School lobby, Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, 2:30 p.m. (School bus is not
operated)
2. Attached is the Character Camp Rundown

Things to bring:
1. Dark colour T-shirt, knees level short pants, underwear, towel, socks, hat, jacket/sweater,
prayer equipment. (Transparent material of clothing and tight slim-fit is NOT recommended).
2. Light snacks, backpack, raincoat, slippers, flashlight, pen, plastic bag for dirty clothes.
3. Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.), mosquitoes repellent and sunblock
cream.
4. Drinking bottle (please label the bottle) and personal medicine.
5. Sanitary pads for girls.
6. Extra Mask and hand sanitizer.

Further information:
1. Students are allowed to bring handphone and money (student’s responsibility) but they are
not allowed to use their phones during activities.
2. Teachers and students will be difficult to be contacted during the activities. Teachers will
contact parents if there is emergency situation. If parents have any question, please contact
FO (Front Office).
