Academic Tour

Aim - The tour is organized with the aim to inculcate scientific awareness and scientific temper among
the students. It will encourage young minds to develop innovative ideas and indulge them in the concept
of- "Learning by doing, Learn through Fun".

Planning
6:30 am: Gathering time in school
7:00am: Departure from school
10:30 am: Arrival at science city
11:00 am- 2:00 pm: Visit of campus
2:00-2:30pm: Lunch in cafeteria
2:40 pm: Boarding of Buses
2:50 pm: Departure of Bus for Fzd.
6:00 pm: Arrival at school.

 All the students will be in blue school, neat and clean uniform.
 Expensive items (Mobile phone, Camera, Gold ornaments, etc.) are strictly prohibited. School will
not be responsible for the loss of such items.
 Caps/hats/ goggles are allowed.
 All the students must be in proper discipline and must listen to the Teachers on duty. Indiscipline
will be punishable.
 Students should carry their note copy, pen/pencil, water bottles with them in a small bag.
 Students should take light breakfast in the morning.
 Students can keep their medicines also as per their health issues.
 All the students must use dustbins wherever required. Don't throw anything on roads or in
campus of Science city.
 Lunch will be provided. Although, students can keep extra snacks with them.
 Conveyance from school may be provided to certain points.
 Parents can communicate with the teachers on duty. Parents/ guardians can confirm the timing
of arrival of students to plan their pickups from school.
