9.00 Arrival of students and teachers at the school.
Welcome ceremony at school
The speech of the headmistress
Musical program
09.30 Ice breaking activities for students
09.30 School tour for teachers
11.00 Coffee break; short teachers‘ meeting. (paying for expenses in cash)
11.45 Lunch for teachers and students in the school canteen
12.30 Departure of teachers and students to Kaunas Old Town.
13.00- Orienteering competition in Kaunas Old Town.
15.00 In the Old Town teachers will go on a tour visiting Kaunas City Hall, Vytautas Church,
Kaunas Cathedral, Vilnius Street, St. Gertrude Church, etc. (on their own)
Students will participate in an orienteering competition in the Old Town at that time,
after which they will be taken back to school
15.00- Free time, return to the school.

Time Activities
9.00 The students are taken to Kaunas railway station by school bus
9:30 Departure to Vilnius by train-GREEN TRANSPORT
10:15 Tour in Vilnius and its the most remarkable places. Group work in international teams
visiting the Gate of Dawn, Vilnius Cathedral, Vilnius Town Hall, Vilnius university-the
oldest university in Europe, the Cathedral square, the Presidential Palace. While
working in teams, students will have possibility to have a short pop up in McDonld‘s.
(students‘ own expenses those who want)

12.30 Visiting Lithuanian Energy and Technical museum. Education „Transformations of

Energy“ with a guide. The expanded energy exhibition allows visitors to experience the
authentic equipment of a recently operational power plant, and a stroll around steam
boilers, turbines, generators, condensers and sophisticated pipelines allows visitors to
experience the spirit of this type of industrial facility.

13:40 Lunch time –(iLunch restaurant) (each team pays their own expenses after lunch)

12.00-12.30 Lunch time in school‘s canteen.

8.00 Departure to Tauragė wind farm. The educational program :“The color of wind -
GREEN“.
11.00-13.00 Tauragė wind farm is a renewable energy project located in Tauragė district of
Lithuania. Spanning across a vast area, it comprises a series of wind turbines
strategically positioned to harness wind energy efficiently. The farm contributes
significantly to the region's sustainable energy goals by generating clean
electricity, reducing carbon emissions, and promoting environmental
conservation. (1st group)
11.00-13.00 The second group is having tour in Tauragė town.
12.00-13.00 Lunch for second group (each team pays their own expenses after lunch)

13.00-15.00 Second group. The educational program: “The color of wind -GREEN“.

13.00-15.00 The first group is having tour in Tauragė town.

14.00-17.00 Time with host families. Free time

Teachers:
10.30-11.30 Working meeting of teachers: signing documents, minutes, feedback of the
project, discussion

14.00 Return to the hotel. Free time.

18.00-20.30 Awarding of diplomas; music programme, farewell party at school.
