SUNDAY 13th Pick up Partners At The Airport /Croatia at the hotel * (check last page)

Guest Families will take students home

Teachers are driven to the Hotel ”Residencial Mar e Sol” (Costa da

Caparica) by Portuguese teachers
Free Time

MONDAY 14th 9.30 - Minibus will pick up teachers at the hotel

Seixal 9.40 - Welcome Meeting
• Icebreakers Games
• Guided tour around school
11.30 - BUS tour to Seixal (Associação Náutica do Seixal):
Watersports and sailing activities.
12.30 - Lunch (included) (Teacher’s meeting?)
14.30 – Sailing in «Varino Amoroso» -traditional Tagus Boat
17.00 - Watersports and sailing activities.
18.00 - Sunset at Naval School in Seixal - dinner and karaoke
included for teachers and
students.
Teachers are driven back to Caparica Hotel
Students are driven home by the host families
TUESDAY 15th 8.40 - Trip to Lisboa by Bus
Lisboa 9.00 - Teachers will be picked up at the Hotel (BUS)
10.00 - Belém / Jerónimos Monastery and (guided visit) and Belém
Tower
13.30 - Picnic in Belém (school provides the food for students and
teachers)
14.30 - Afternoon in Downtown Lisbon
Instagram Challenge for students/ Free time for teachers.
18.00 - Return to Seixal (Bus)
Teachers may stay in Lisbon for Fado night
WEDNESDAY 16th 9.30 - Minibus will pick up teachers at the hotel
Almada 10.00 – Bus drive from school to Parque da Paz (Almada)
10.30 – Wellness activities (sporty clothing)
Group 1 – Walking
Group 2- Pilates/Yoga/ stretching
11.30 (groups change activity)
Supervision of workout (coach Sara Carvalho)

12.30 Meeting – departure to the Mall Almada Forum

13.00 – Free LUNCH (not included) and shopping
15.30 – Departure to Cristo- Rei Sanctuary
17.30 -Return to school

THURSDAY 17th 9.00 - Minibus will pick up teachers at the hotel

Setúbal and 9.30 - Fogueteiro - Trip to Setúbal by Bus
Arrábida 10:00-13:00
• Mercado do Livramento with guided visit
• Workshop with chef (healthy sea food) Casa da Baía
Walk and shop around Setúbal
15.00 - Bus tour to Arrábida
15.30 – Reception Sunset ? Party at Arrábida (D’Uportinho
Restaurant) included
19.00 - Return to School/Teachers return to the hotel.

FRIDAY 18th 9.30 - Minibus will pick up teachers at the hotel

10.00 – Teachers: Teachers’ Meeting
Students: Interactive game /Blog creating (two groups of 30
students)
(groups change activities)

13.00 - Students:Free Lunch and afternoon

Teachers:Lunch in «Bodeguita» (not included) – Teachers’ Meeting

18.00- Departure of Spanish Delegation

SATURDAY 19th Departure of Visiting Delegations

Families will take students to the Airport
