AGREEMENTS:

 Firstly we evaluated the activities from May to October (from Croatia to Portugal):
o Workshops in primary school done by everyone. Good experience.
o Dissemination Day for families. It was successful (some of the schools did it in the
weekend, evening or Erasmusdays). Croatia will do it at the end of October. Parents
liked a lot the activities proposed.
o Plantation of seeds. Catalonia hasn’t done it, it will be done.
o Multilingual dictionary_ we have decided the words and assigned the letters to each
partner school and established deadlines.
 Translation of the world should be done before 22/10
 Each country creates pictures and short texts about the characteristics of the
product and search for idioms.
 We will publish them in the blog: esmcargaleiro.pt/erasmus/brewise/wp-

 Deadlines are in the chart shared by googledrive
o Instagram campaign. We continue this year. In Latvia we will give the prizes.
 Instagram challenge game in Lisbon. We vote for the best photo. The winner is Chesnut
team.
 Mobility tool: Deborah show the activities declared:
o The date for etwinning must we changed.
o Plantation of seed must be added and also magazine, blog and plantation of seeds.
o Next to be added is multilingual dictionary
 Website: in Barcelona’s teachers meeting we will discuss about that. Croatian is the
responsible for that.
 Checklist is checked.
 Youtube channel:
o Deborah will open before November the youtube channel and will investigate how to
link it to the blog, website, instagram.
o At least 3 videos must be done by each partner school. It can be a recipe or a digital
story.
o It will be done during December and January.
 The second magazine will be done by LTTA in Granollers. We do not have time to do it in
our schools before the meeting.
 4th healthy breakfast will take place on the week of 20th January. Latvia will send the recipe
and leaflets before 20th December. The will decide also the name for this breakfast.
 LTTA in Barcelona:
 o We will split the students in two or three groups in order to do the magazine and the
debate.
o We will also assisit to workshops in Fundació Alicia.
o Teachers will discuss about the website of the project.
o Rooms for teachers: Croatia _ 2 single, Latvia_ 2 single, Portugal_ 1 double and
Poland _1 double (to be confirmed). Deborah will ask prices for Aparthotel Atenea.
 LTTA in Latvia:
o Guesthouse for students and teachers: Aglonas bazilikas klostera viernico
o Students will pay maximum 120 Euros for activities and accommodation.
o Teachers maybe will pay a little bit more.
o Rooms will be mixed, it will be done by teachers. Students will have the email of the
other students of the room in order to communicate before the meeting.
o There’s the possibility to meet in Riga on Sunday and go together to the guesthouse.
 Paula Silveira shows us the work done by students regarding the blog. She also explains us
how to publish in the blog in order to create the multilingual dictionary. She created the
category of Multilingual dictionary.
