    Dear Parents,

    Management staff and students cordially invite you to Annual School Exhibition
    AGRI-SCIENCE 2023-24, as per the time schedule, on 24-11-2023, Friday.
    Parent Entry:
    Grade MLU - 9:00 am.
    Grade 6 to 8 - 11:00am.
    Grade 9 to 12 - 1:00 pm.

    Note:
    i. Entry and exit only from front gate.
    ii. Kindly visit the entire set-up to encourage the Budding Talents through your
    review.
    iii. Your presence on time will be highly appreciated.
    iv. Students should be dropped and picked by the parents.

    Guidelines for the students:


    ✓ Reporting time: 8:20 am.
    ✓ Should carry: Water bottle, snacks and lunch.
    ✓ Uniform: Complete, pressed regular uniform, polished black shoes, wear ID card.
    ✓ Dispersal time: 03:30 pm.
    ✓ Students are permitted to collect their projects during dispersal.
    Note:
    ✓ 22-11-2023, Wednesday is a holiday to set-up the exhibition in the classrooms.
    Parent’s co-operation will be highly solicited.
