Greetings from Orchids the International School!

“Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars How I Wonder What You Are?”
Our Students wondered about the Stars and We decided to organise a Space
Camp for Our students. It is not a mere picnic, it will be a night stay where our
students will spend along with Stars and Celestial bodies.

Orchids the International school is glad to inform you that we are organising a
Stargazing Program: Space Camp: 2022-23 for grades 6 to 9. Kindly find the
below details.

● Students to have their lunch and report at 12:30 p.m
● Departure from school at 1:30 pm
● Arrival at camp site
● Welcome drink and snack will be provided
● Sky Watch program

● Parents need to pick up the students from school, pick up timing from
school will be shared on Portal.

THINGS TO CARRY- A Backpack
1. Students are expected to come in regular school uniform along with shoes
(shoes are compulsory: no sandals are allowed)
2. Carry one set of night dress, additional pair of socks and slippers for night.
3. Carry comfortable casual wear for the next day (Jeans/ Track Pants and T-
Shirt)
**Students should carry an additional dress for swimming and rain dance
(nylon/ synthetic T-Shirt & Pants (for girls)/ Shorts (for boys)
4. Towel, toilet kit, Mosquito repellent and a bedsheet to be carried by the
students
5. Avoid sharp items. A detailed bag check will be carried out before leaving
the school premises
6. Avoid- Mobile/ Cash/ Smart Watch/ Gold ornaments and Tab.

CONSENT FORM

I parent of ___________________ studying in _________________ grade acknowledge

that I will not seek to have the school held liable in the event that any accident, injury,
loss of property or any other circumstance or incident occurs during or as a result of my
son’s/daughter’s participation in the field trip. This release of liability includes accident,
injury, loss or damage to the student as well as to other individuals or property which
may result from the student’s participation in the event. I hereby release and agree to
hold harmless the school, its employees from any claims arising out of my son’s
daughter’s participation in the event.
