This is to inform you that the school has arranged a one-day, fun-filled picnic for the students of
Grade 1 to Happy Planet in Kurla on Friday, 30 September 2022.

Please find below the details for the same:

TIME ITINERARY
09.00 a.m. Assemble in school
09:00 a.m. Leave for Happy Planet (En route breakfast will be served)

10.00 a.m. Reach and enjoy the various fun offerings which include Smiloland, Iceland, Slideland and many
more such activities
12.00 p.m. Enjoy some delicious lunch
01.00 p.m. Leave for school
02.00 p.m. Reach school and leave with sweet memories

Trip cost: Rs. 1500/- per child

The above package is inclusive of:

 Transportation by semi-luxury AC buses
 Permissions and entries to the above-mentioned places
 En route breakfast and lunch at the park
 Well-equipped first aid box
 Well-trained trip representative with mobile connectivity to assist the students
 The courteous services of “Adventure Education Tours (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd”

Things to carry: A cap, a water bottle, a napkin, rainwear, masks, a bottle of sanitizer and socks

Covid 19 protocols will be followed, strictly throughout the course of the trip.

Please label your child's shoes as they will need to remove them before entering the soft play area.
* It is compulsory for the students to wear socks.
* If any student comes without socks, they must buy socks from the park @ Rs.100/- (per pair of socks).

Last date of registration: 25 September 2022

There is no cancellation policy applicable for this trip.

I am also aware that this trip is organised as per direct agreement between me and Adventure Education Tours Pvt.
Ltd. Whilst appreciating your assurance for the safety of my child, I undertake not to hold Adventure Education tours
management, the staff and its suppliers, and the school, responsible or liable for any damages, loss of life, loss of
baggage, injury, illness or accidents or change in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control
and Force Majeure.
