REVISED TOUR ITINERARY

Day 01 (14.10.2023): Assemble at school premises at 06:00am. After roll call, Depart for
Jim Corbett National Park by 2x2 A.C. Bus, introduction &
Distribution of educational information about Uttrakhand & Jim
Corbett National Park. Breakfast on the way. Arrive at Jim Corbett
National Park by lunch time, check in to hotel. After lunch rest for
a while, Enjoy the nature walk along the River Kosi and bird watching.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 (15.10.2023): Early morning wakeup call, board Jeep and proceed to Jim Corbett
National Park, Jeep Safari into the deep forest to see the variety of
flora and fauna. Return to hotel for breakfast and rest up to lunch
time. After lunch visit Jim Corbett Museum "you can see Stuff
animals, rich collection, dresses and arms of Mr. Jim Corbett" and
Garjiya Temple "dedicated to Garjiya Devi", Enjoy the evening with
DJ Music. Dinner and night stay in hotel
Day 03 (16.10.2023): After breakfast packing the luggage etc. A short trek through the
local village. Depart to School, Lunch at Restaurant at Gajruala,
Arrive at School premises at 07:30pm.
TOUR COST:- Rs. 10710/- per student
Services includes: Transportation and sightseeing by 2x2 A.C. deluxe bus, hotel 04
star on 4 sharing basis in a room, all meals, entrances & guide,
mineral water while travelling, insurance Rs. 50,000/- per person,
tour will be duly escorted by teachers and Tour manager.
Separate Hotel for Girls & Boys.
Important Instructions:-
The students –
• should be medically fit for the trip
• should report to school in school track suit & wear RFID Card during travel
• mobile phones and electronic gadgets strictly not allowed
• should not carry any valuables
• should carry hand sanitizer
• will be responsible for their belongings
• should carry note book and pen to note their observation
• must always be with their teacher in-charges during travel & sightseeing
• are not allowed to visit relatives or go out of the hotel for any reason
Check list:- School RFID Card, bathroom slippers, 4 sets of clothes, night wear, 4 pairs of socks, shoes, currency (not
more than Rs. 1000/-)
Note:- • Tour will be escorted by school teachers
• The final decision of selection of students going on the trip rests with the school authorities.

You'll be glad to know that the school is organizing an Educational tour from Oct. 14 to Oct. 16, 2023 for
class X to Jim Corbett National Park - Jungle Safari for 2 nights & 3 days. The tour cost is Rs.10710/
- (inclusive of all taxes) per student which includes stay at the hotel, sightseeing, food, entry charges,
transportation by Deluxe bus & insurance cost.

If interested, kindly fill the consent form and pay Rs.10710/- through online portal using the student ID
& password by September 11, 2023.
