This is to inform you that the school has organized one-day fun filled Educational Tour to BANGALORE & MYSORE for
the students of Std X.

Destination : BANGALORE & MYSORE
*Date/ Duration : *Tentative- 7th Oct-13th Oct 2022/ 06 nights 07 days
Accommodation : In Star Category Hotels with deluxe rooms on multiple sharing basis.
Transportation : By A/C Buses And A/C Train, Drop and Pick-up to Railway Station by Luxury

Places of Educational : Mysore Zoo, Mysore Palace, Sukha Vana Mysore, Nandi Mandir,
Chamundeshwari Temple, Brindavan Gardens With Laser Show, Heritage Center And Aeronautics Museum
(Hal), Vidhan Soudha, Freedom Park, Cubbon Park, Tipu Sultan Summer Palace & The Amazing Wonderla

Entertainment : DJ Party, Group Sessions, Cultural Programme, Games & Hotel Amenities

Medical Facilities : A well-equipped First Aid Kit will be always available. Doctor on call would be
available. In case your child is under any specific medication, please inform the Teacher In-charge in
writing giving details of illness, medication and dosage. If the ailment is of some serious nature, please
consult your Doctor before registering for the tour.
Tour Cost : RS 22,000/-
Cancellation Policy : In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable /
unavoidable reasons the same would be notified.
Cancellation charges will be applicable.
60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour
45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour
Trip Cost Includes : The cost is inclusive of Travel Luxury A/C coaches for sightseeing, guide
charges, entrance charges for sightseeing, accommodation, Delicious Vegetarian and Jain buffet (breakfast, lunch,
evening snacks and dinner) and snack hampers. Excellent courteous services and various activities conducted by
the Tour Representatives of EDU SAILS.Inclusive A/C Bus and AC TRAIN TRAVEL
