Dear Parents,
Greetings and Good Wishes!
Parents of Class X & XII are cordially invited to attend the Farewell Function and Dinner
hosted for the X & XII students scheduled for the 3rd of February 2024 at 6:00 pm.
However, you are requested to kindly fill in the attached Ms Form, the link of which is
mentioned below and submit the same on or before 22nd January 2024 by 6:00 pm, indicating
your meal preferences. This will assist us in making necessary catering arrangements tailored
to your choices.

Important Details:
 Invitation is strictly for two persons (Mother & Father).
 Meal Preference Submission Deadline: 22nd January 2024, 6:00 pm.
Additionally, to facilitate a smooth flow of traffic, we kindly request parents to consider
carpooling arrangements. This will help avoid congestion and ensure everyone's timely
arrival.
