SUBJECT: THE DESIGNER COLLECTION GREETING CARD FUNDRAISER
During this fall semester, we will offer a number of fundraising activities to
generate money to support our field trips, active living, and school-wide
presentations and activities.
We are pleased to present parents and friends with the opportunity to purchase
one-of-a-kind greeting cards. As described in the information package the cards
come in boxed sets of 30 Every Day or 25 Kids Birthday. Each card is constructed
similar to the enclosed sample.
In assisting with this fundraiser, we ask that you circulate the enclosed materials
among family and friends. To reduce the responsibility for fundraising on the part
of members of the same family, we only ask for one order per family.
Door-to-door sales are discouraged and we ask parents to closely supervise
solicitations in the neighborhood.
A complete package of information is attached with the order form on the last page.
Record the name of our school and your childs name and teacher on the order
sheet and then write the items being ordered on this sheet. Please return the
complete order form along with the total amount of money for the order to your
childs teacher. If you require a receipt for this money, please indicate that in a
note to the teacher and one will be issued.
WHILE CASH IS PREFERRED, CHEQUES MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO
ALL HALLOWS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

September 19, 2014 GREETING CARD Fundraiser begins
October 3, 2014 GREETING CARD Fundraiser ends
Please have all orders to the classroom teacher on or before October 6,
2014.
Please note that we do not require or expect students to raise money for school
materials and equipment. If you do not want to have your child participate in this
program, please send a note to the homeroom teacher and trash this package.
