Holiday Draw

Your School Council is pleased to offer you the

opportunity to win some fabulous prizes by
participating in our Holiday Draw. This is a major
fundraiser and an opportunity for your Council to
support the many on-going and innovative projects
at our school.
The prize package this year is, as follows:
1st Prize:
Travel Gift Certificate Valued @ $2500.00 through LeGrows Travel, Bay Roberts
+ $500.00 spending money
2nd Prize:
$500.00 cash
3rd Prize:
$250.00 cash
Certain conditions are applicable and prizes must be accepted as awarded there is no cash value
associated with the Travel Certificate. Tickets are $5.00 each, with the draw date set for December 22,
2015.
Subject to the conditions outlined below, an incentive program is available only to students of All Hallows
Elementary who participate in ticket sales. The terms of this program are, as follows:

Students who have sold $100.00 worth of tickets with money and stubs returned on or before
November 30, 2015, will have their names entered in draws for $50.00 gift certificates from Toys R
Us. Two certificates are available for the draw - one for students in Primary division (Kindergarten
Grade 3) and one for students in Elementary (Grade 4, 5, & 6).

The top ticket seller at each grade level will be awarded a $100.00 cash prize.
For each set of 20 tickets sold (two books), prizes will be awarded in 10 random draws, for ten
$10.00 Walmart gift cards.
The seller of the winning ticket for the Travel Certificate will receive a $25.00 Toys RUs gift card.

In preparation for this draw, I am asking parents to indicate whether or not they are willing to have their child
participate. In you wish to sell tickets, please complete, detach, and return the form at the bottom of this
page to your childs homeroom teacher on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
We do not require or expect students to raise money for school materials and equipment. Tickets will only
be assigned to students whose parents provide consent.
