To our dear parents:

Greetings of Peace!

The Naga City Science High School Citizenship Advancement Training (NCSHS CAT) will be having
an in-person general assembly for new members for the very first time in two years. This is in
preparation for the upcoming Peñafrancia Festival in which the said club will take part.

In line with this, we are pleased to inform you that your son/daughter/ward is among the qualified
students who will be joining the orientation scheduled on July 29, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 12:00 am
at the Naga City Science High School, Balatas, Naga City. This is after our thorough review of his/her
registration for our online recruitment last July 18-23, 2022.

As it is in our best interest to ensure the security of all the participants, we require all attendees to follow
the minimum health and safety protocols as prescribed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the
Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF). Rest assured that other than the event organizers
who will manage the flow of the event, faculty members are also present to supervise and oversee the
event.
