1. Validity: Offer is valid till 30 days from the submission, thereafter subject to further confirmation in writing.
2. Value added Tax: Excluding VAT.
3. Delivery Period: Ready Stock.
4. Payment Terms: i) For ready stock products full payment will be done along with Work order before product Delivery. ii) For non-stock
product, 50% of the total order value will be paid as advance along with the work Order and rest of payment before delivery. iii) Client
should provide AIT challan and certificate within one month if any AIT has been deducted at source. iv) Mode of payment will be Account
Payee Cheque or online transfer in favor of Marks Automation Limited.
5. Brand: Siemens.
6. Warranty: One year.
7. General Conditions: Marks Automation Ltd will not be responsible for natural disaster or political disturbance that can delay the supply.
