o We are offering Danfoss VFD FC 302 Automation drive as
well as SIEMENS Micromaster drives for this project.

 CONTROL SYSTEM
o To provide the equipment backup of SIEMENS Control
System.
o To come up with the programming backup of existing PLC
system.

 HMI INTERFACE
o To provide SIEMENS HMI as a replacement backup of KINCO
HMI
o To provide the graphics and logical interfacing of HMI with

Responsibilities of Customer
• All the existing drawings/documents/information necessary to carry out the study
of program and logic development.
• Any extra work will be consider as additional task.
• PLC License key will be provided by end user otherwise activation key will be
charge accordingly.
• Everything will be informed to end user prior to action.
• All safety standard and protocols has been adopted and responsibility of end user
to update us accordingly.
• Installation & Commissioning charges for the VFDs is not included in quotation.
Payment Terms & Conditions
• We are exempted from deduction of withholding Income and Sales tax as per Section
153(5) of Income
• Tax Ordinance, 2001 and Rule 5(XI) of Sales Tax Special Procedure Rules.
• Separate and specific undertaking on firm’s letterhead will be provided with Invoice.
• For ordered products
o 30% advance and 40% at the time of delivery of all instrumentation, PLC
and control valve equipment.
o 20% after completion of project.
o PLC code and wiring layout will be submitted after clearance of full project
payment.
