Greetings of peace in your humble office!

The Academia De Technologia in Mindanao, Inc., PICE Student Chapter Officers is taking an
initiative to conduct an event which would be the “PICE-ADTM Presents: Pa-CE-katan 2k23,
with a theme: Developing Sportsmanship, Leadership and Camaraderie through extra-curricular
activities” that will be held in our school, ADTM, with the proposal date of November 23-25,
2023. This event is for the students to have fun with an academical purposes and to observe their
capability in being competitive in sports and academic. Also, to prepare them in advance for the
upcoming PICE Student Chapters – Regional Summit.

In connection to this, we are formally and humbly asking for your financial assistance which
shall cover the other expenses during the said event for 3 days in total. This is a great opportunity
for the students to further develop their skills, talents and sportsmanship and be selected as a
contender and representative of our school in the above said Regional Summit.
