Cambridge Examinations

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Consent to take the Cambridge Examination
We are writing to seek your consent for participation in the Cambridge Examination. This exam
offers a valuable opportunity for students to demonstrate their academic abilities on an
international platform and gain recognition for their achievements.

Please carefully review the following details regarding the examination:

 Examination Date: May 11, 2024 (Timing to be announced closer to the exam date)
 Examination Venue: Depending on the number of students
 Examination Skills Tested: Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension,
Writing, Speaking
 Exam fee: 260$

Mr. Joe Bartah, representative of the Bristish Council, will present a briefing session on
Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 11:50 am. Parents and students are invited to attend this session
at the “salle de motricité” building B, to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding
the test.
By providing your consent, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. The student will be required to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the
Cambridge Assessment International Education board during the examination process.
2. The school will provide appropriate support and guidance to assist the student in
preparing for the examination.

 3. The school may share relevant information regarding the student's participation and
performance in the examination with authorized personnel for administrative and
academic purposes.
4. Transportation will be ensured by the school for participants to and from the exam venue.
