Subject: Request for Opening GE5 Course for Summer Session, I hope this letter finds you in
good health and high spirits

Dear DR. ROSEMARIE D. SABADO,

I hope you are well and content when you receive this letter. I'm writing to draw your
attention to something that is extremely important to my academic standing and development
at Laguna University. I'm in my second year of study at the BSIT SD, where I'm now enrolled.
I've learned from looking over my academic records that I must finish the GE5 course in order
to meet all the prerequisites for enrolling as a normal student at the university. To my
disappointment, I've learned that the GE5 course won't be available during the upcoming
summer session. I could potentially be branded as an irregular student as a result, which
could have a substantial impact on my academic career and future opportunities. I would like
to emphasize that I have planned my course choices carefully and have done everything
possible to meet the prerequisites and requirements put forth by the university. I was sadly
unable to enroll in the GE5 course during the regular academic semesters due to
circumstances beyond my control. I sincerely ask for your help in looking into the possibilities
of starting the GE5 course during the summer session, given the significance of this subject
for my academic development. I am aware that there are a number of considerations,
including the availability of faculty and student demand, that go into the decision to offer more
courses.To maintain regular student status, however, I firmly believe that giving students the
chance to finish required courses during the summer session would be extremely
advantageous for people like myself. You would not only help me achieve my academic
objectives by opening the GE5 course during the summer session, but you would also make it
possible for other students in the same situation to make academic progress not only help me

success and all-around growth of its students. I guarantee my unwavering dedication and
commitment to academic excellence. I will take advantage of the opportunity to fully engage
with the course material, participate actively in discussions, and earn a passing mark if the
GE5 course is made available during the summer session. Please take my suggestion into
account and bring up this issue for discussion with the appropriate academic department and
administrative authorities. Please keep me informed as to the status of my request as soon as
you can so that I can adjust my course schedule. I appreciate you giving this issue your time
and attention. I genuinely hope that your consideration of my request will be positive. I am
certain that with your help, I will be able to get through this challenge and carry on with my
studies as a regular student at Laguna University.
