APOLOGY FOR BEING ABSENT AND REQUEST TO TAKE LISTENING QUIZ

Referring to the above matters, I Muhammad Farizul Ikmal bin Mat Pauzi, matric number
AD200061 from your class of Essential Academic English (UHB20102) Section 2, I am writing
this letter to sincerely apologize for my absence lecture and listening quiz on 9 April 2023.

2. First of all , I want to apologies for not attend the online class and listening quiz. The
reason for the absence is due to I fell asleep and didn't wake up. I apologize for not
giving a prior notice but it was all unexpected because I stay up at night due to complete
my tutorial and my group assignment proposal.

3. I hope that you will understand my situation and I will ensure that I will work hard to cope
up with my studies, which I missed during my absence. I also promise you that I will not
repeat this mistake again in the future. Kindly, accept my apology and let me to take the
listening quiz. Thank you
