Dear Ms,

I am writing this correspondence in order to inform you of my decision to resign as teacher from
Sri Kerteh Integrated Islamic School. Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my
position, effective one month from this date. My final working day will be 31st June 2023.

2. It’s been an incredible experience to be a part of such a wonderful team. Although I

have enjoyed working with the team here, personal reasons demand that I resign from my
current role as teacher.

3. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to work at Sri Kerteh Integrated Islamic
School. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate all the valuable skills that I have acquired while working
here, all of which I will take with me throughout my career.

4. During my notice period, I will do my best to make the transition smooth and will
ensure that all details and information remain available to the person taking my position. I wish
everyone the best and it has been a pleasure working with you all.
