a. "Travis Barnes" is addressed as "Ms. Dixon" in the salutation, which is incorrect.

b. "Airpod Electronics Ltd." should be followed by a comma instead of a period.
c. "You're" in "you're reference" should be replaced with "your".
3. You purchased a jigsaw puzzle online and the pieces are incomplete. Please write a letter
that explains your disappointment and you would like to get a replacement or to get the
missing part shipped to you.!

and the packaging thoroughly, but unfortunately, I could not find the missing pieces.

As a result, I would like to request a replacement or the missing pieces to be shipped to me as

soon as possible. I have enclosed a copy of my proof of purchase, which shows that I purchased the
puzzle from your online store. I would appreciate it if you could replace the puzzle or send me the
missing pieces so that I can complete the puzzle.
