I placed an order in the form of a "children's jigisaw puzzle toy" at your online shop and the
package was received. Through this letter I would like to file a complaint regarding the purchase.
The item I received was a child's jigisaw puzzle toy, it turned out that there were several
incomplete parts of the toy.

I am very disappointed about this incident, my son has been waiting for this toy for days, but
when it came the toy could not be used because there were some parts missing. In this regard, I
would like to ask for your discretion to send the missing parts or I request that new items be sent
as a replacement for the toys that have been sent and the shipping costs will be charged to you.
To strengthen my statement herewith I attach a package unboxing video.

In addition, my advice to you is to be more careful when checking and packaging the products to
be sent.
