Dear Reavis Parent: Reavis High School is sending you this letter to notify you about schedule information for Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24, 2013. The State of Illinois and District 220 testing dates for freshmen, sophomores, juniors (and seniors that have not completed the PSAE as part of their graduation requirement) are April 23 and April 24. We will follow a special schedule on these two testing days. The schedule for both days of testing is detailed on the back of this letter. PLEASE NOTE THAT WEDNESDAY, April 24 WILL NOT BE A LATE START DAY.

Seniors - Will attend an assembly on April 23 in the Grossman Auditorium, except for those seniors who need to satisfy the testing requirement. Seniors who have not yet taken the PSAE will need to attend the testing sessions on April 23 and 24. If you received a BLUE flyer with this letter, your student must attend both days of testing! Juniors - Will be testing for the PSAE on April 23, by taking the ACT on this date. On April 24, they will take the WorkKeys, the second day of the PSAE. Reclassified Juniors - Will be taking a practice ACT on April 23 and a WorkKeys test on April 24. Sophomores - Will be taking a practice ACT on April 23 and a WorkKeys test on April 24. Freshmen - Will be taking a PLAN test on April 23 and a WorkKeys test on April 24.

Please emphasize to your student that he/she should get a good nights rest and eat a healthy breakfast in preparation for testing. Students should be sure to bring #2 pencils (not mechanical), a calculator, and school ID to the testing sessions on April 23 and April 24. Testing room locations will be posted in the school and online by ID number, so that students may check their testing locations in advance. Seniors (Class of 2013)

If you receive a BLUE flyer with this letter, your student must attend school on Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24 to satisfy the State of Illinois PSAE requirement! Seniors who took the PSAE last year are to attend the Assembly in the Grossman Auditorium beginning at 8 AM on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, and are not in attendance on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.
