Worried about keeping those New Years fitness resolutions?

Check out these tips to make your health and fitness a priority this semester:

Exercise with a workout partner. This increases the likelihood of sticking to your workout instead of letting other responsibilities push it to the side. Schedule time to work out in your planner to make it more of a commitment. Wake up 30 minutes earlier each morning to fit in a quick workout. This workout may give you more energy at the beginning of your day, providing you a boost to be more productive. Turn your campus commute into a workout. Bike or walk quickly across campus and always take the stairs instead of the elevator. Try a FREE fitness class at the Campus Recreation Center! A full list of classes can be found on their website.
