I have this intention to take a vacation from July 28, 2023 to August 3, 2023. I will spend it for
international travel to Thailand as part of our anticipated break from the busy school year. I will
create a scheme to orderly clear our tasks before the school year ends. Preferably, I will consult
other faculty members to assist operations which needs my scope to still function duly 5 days of
my absence.

I, teacher from Cambajao Elementary School, would like to take this opportunity to ask for
permission to let me take a vacation on July 28, 2023 to August 3, 2023. I planned to fly and
spend days in Bangkok, Thailand. Along with this intention is my request to get a copy of
requirements needed by the Bureau of Immigration such as an approved travel authority, service
record, and appointment. I attach the details of the itinerary on a separate sheet.

This is my planned vacation which will take 5 days in Thailand. I assure to bring memories of
culture and arts which we can share and inspire our learners, develop our social and
psychological selves as I unwind shortly and start with the upcoming academic year with
optimism.
