MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The PANGIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, a public secondary institution, with the office
address of Barangay Pangil, Amadeo, Cavite, represented herein by its Grade 2
Teacher , MARIBEL OLIVEROS, herein after referred to as “DONEE”.

- and -

The HOMEROOM PARENTS AND TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION (HPTA) of Pangil

Elementary School, an association with the address at Barangay Pangil Amadeo
Cavite, represented herein by its Homeroom President, NANETH L. MIRANDA, herein
referred to as “STAKEHOLDERS”.
WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of desire to contribute a share for the motivation, such as
improving classroom conditions and addressing the needs of the school’s resources, is a
big factor in improving the quality of education, the DONOR has freely and voluntary
given, transferred and conveyed by way of donation to the DONEE, its successor and
assigns free and clear of any and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever all its rights,
and title on:

1. 1-unit Electric Fan GRADE 2- CAMIA

2. Chalkboard repaired PANGIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

WHEREAS, with the 2022 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela, Amending
Thereby DepEd Memorandum No. 032, s. 2020 titled 2020 Brigada Eskwela Program
Implementing Guidelines, and DepEd Memorandum No. 014, s. 2020 titled 2020 Oplan
Balik Eskwela, the DONEE acknowledges the need for partners in the opening of
classes and Brigada Eskwela 2020 and in the whole-year round;

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide fund assistance for a

purchasing of expenses (Electric fan and Blackboard) to ensure the __________ od
students in school

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS shall support and initiate by donating room

construction needs; electrical equipment; and other materials to ________ for teaching
of learners and teachers.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and mutual
covenants, agreements and stipulations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree
jointly to be partners in the 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela;

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

1. The DONEE shall:

1.1 Coordinate with the STAKEHOLDERS of the specification of funds for

the watchman and facilities and other resources prior to its purchase so
that the need of the school shall be complied;

1.2 Oversee the management, operation, and maintenance of the

facilitiesand other resources and purchasing of other equipment donated
to the school and ensure that the same are utilized accordingly.

1.3 Oversee the management of the support given by the STAKEHOLDERS

and ensure that the same are treated well and accommodated
accordingly.

2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall:

2.1 Coordinate with the DONEE on the specification of the facilities,

equipment, materials and other resources that the school needs;

2.2 Coordinate with the DONEE on the monetary support for the watchman
on weekends;

2.2 Purchase the needed materials and other resources for the school and
donate the same for the 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik
Eskwela;

II. EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall take effect upon the beginning of 2020 Brigada Eskwela
and Oplan Balik Eskwela and is automatically extended should should the 2020 Brigada
Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela is extended by government.
