Dear Sir/Madam,

I, JONATHAN V. VILLANUEVA, Teacher III of Sabangan Elementary School, would like to

humbly request your good office a permission to allow me to travel abroad (THAILAND) on
December 24, 2023 to January 2, 2024 to spend the Christmas Break with my wife whose
working on the said country.

As a requirement for all government employees travelling abroad, I would also like to
request for a Letter of Authorization to Travel from our institution in compliance with
Memorandum Circular No. 35 and DepEd Order No. 43 s.2022.
