PORTACIO , Member Gay WHEREAS, submitted for the consideration of the Body is a request for the reclassification of the agricultural lot of Jervis Olegario in Barangay Paraoir, Balaoan, La Union covered by Tax Declaration (TD) No. 2018-05-0030-00032 and Property Identification (PIN) No. 008-05-0030- 007-18 having a total area of two hundred fifty five (255) sq. m. from agricultural to residential; WHEREAS, under the Local Government Code, the Sangguniang Bayan may reclassify lands to other purposes if it deems that itis more viable or suitable for the land to be used for said purposes; WHEREAS, the Committee on Land Utilization, Zoning and Housing finds the request to be in order and in accordance with the Local Government Code hence, the Committee recommends the approval of the request for the reclassification of the agricultural lot of Jervis Olegario in Barangay Paraoir, Balaoan, La Union covered by Tax Declaration (TD) No. 2018-05-0030-00032 and Property Identification (PIN) No. 008-05-0030-007-18 having a total area of two hundred fifty five (255) sq. m. from agricultural to residential; WHEREAS, such reclassification does not exceed the 10% limitation on the reclassification of agricultural lands as provided under Section 20 of the Local Government Code; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Bayan Member Joanna Katrina Leda, Chairman, Committee on Laws, Rules and Privileges, duly seconded: Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan, that: TTR hata weed yomIdentification (PIN) No. 008-05-0030-007-18 having a total area of two hundred fifty five (255) sq. m. shall be reclassified and approved as residential.
