WHEREAS, the School will procure _______________________;

WHEREAS, the ___________________, _________________ requested the procurement of the said
materials;
WHEREAS, the School Head, Mr. RADEN C. BARREDO, approved the request chargeable to MOOE Funds;
WHEREAS, the BAC considered the unforeseen and the urgency of the procurement, the committee
recommended the employment of shopping as the alternative mode of procurement pursuant to the provisions of
RA9184;

NOW, THEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, we, members of the BIDS and AWARDS COMMITTEE,
hereby resolve as it is hereby RESOLVED.

1. To employ shopping as the alternative method of procurement as specified pursuant to section 52 (a) of
Rule XVI in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184 and;
2. To recommend such alternative method of procurement to the School Head as Head of the Procuring
Entity for his approval;

WHEREAS, considering the unforeseen contingency and the urgency of the procurement, the committee
recommended the employment of shopping as the alternative mode of procurement which was approved by the School
Principal;
WHEREAS, the Committee, ensuring a fair and equal opportunity of interested and qualified bidders in the locality,
posted the request for quotation in a conspicuous place in the school;
WHEREAS, as a result of that invitation and posting, three (3) bidders submitted sealed quotations on the scheduled
opening on January 26 at 10:00 A.M. at Revil-Bajar National High School.
