BAC Resolution Declaring SCRB and Recommending Approval

RESOLUTION NO. 01 - 2024

WHEREAS, this Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Cagawasan, Dagohoy, Bohol
advertised the Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid of the Supply and Delivery of Materials for
Concreting of Access Road at Barangay Cagawasan in local general circulation and posted in the
same conspicuous place at the premises of the BLGU building continuously for 25 calendar days;

WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, only one (1) supplier/contractor has purchased
bid documents and submitted letters of intent and applications for eligibility and has been found
eligible;

WHEREAS, one (1) bid were submitted on January 30, 2024 and passed the preliminary examination
of bids;

WHEREAS, the bid proposal of the bidder was found to be substantially complying:

WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility, technical and
financial requirements submitted by the eligible bidder, LM Commercial Inc., passed the post-
qualification;

WHEREAS, the bid of, LM Commercial Inc. has been found to be responsive;

NOW, THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby RESOLVE as it is
hereby RESOLVED.
a) To declare, LM Commercial Inc. as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive
Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Concreting of Access Road at
Barangay Cagawasan.

b) To recommend for approval by the Barangay Chairman of Barangay Local

Government of Barangay Cagawasan, Dagohoy the foregoing findings,
