(LCRB) AND RECOMMENDIING APPROVAL”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Binancian, Asuncion posted the
invitation to apply for eligibility and to Bid for Construction of Barangay Isolation Unit at
Purok 8, Barangay Camansa, Asuncion in conspicuous place at the premises of the
Municipality of Asuncion continuously for 7 calendar days;

WHEREAS, pursuant to R.A 9184, otherwise, known as the Government Procurement

Reform Act (GPPB), an open negotiated procurement under emergency cases was
conducted by the Bids Awards Committee (BAC) to determine the Lowest Calculated and
Responsive Bidder shall be awarded with the aforesaid contract;

WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, there are two (2) interested bidder
submitted their intent and sealed Bid which was being checked but after thorough
scrutinized the Two (2) passed the eligibility requirements;

WHEREAS, upon tedious examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility,
technical and financial requirements submitted, the bid of VIBRANIUM BUILDERS
CORPORATION was considered as Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB).

A. To declare the VIBRANIUM BUILDERS CORPORATION as Lowest Calculated and

Responsive Bidder (LCRB) to Construction of Barangay Isolation Unit.
B. To recommend for approval of the Punong Barangay for the forgoing findings.

RESOLVED, at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) office, Barangay Binancian, Asuncion,
Davao del Norte.
