In line with the standardization of Procurement function and in order to

facilitate operational efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement
procedures and standards, you are hereby designated as BAC Chairman.

This designation order carries with it the authority to exercise the

functions, duties and responsibilities appurtenant thereto, subject to existing
rules and regulations of R.A. 9184.

Such designation shall be in effect starting July 08, 2016 subject to

renewal or removal for a justifiable cause upon the discretion of the Head of
Procuring Entity.
