Madam:
I have the honor to request for transfer from my present teaching assignment Castillo
Elementary School, Concepcion East District to Any school in Paniqui North District.

My reasons are as follows:

1) I am a bonafide resident of Poblacion Sur Paniqui, Tarlac.

2) I just got married last May 4, 2019 and I want to be near my husband who is also a
teacher in Burgos ES, Moncada South District, to start building our own family. And
because I’m just commuting from our house to my current station, I’m afraid of the
safety of our child if ever I got pregnant.
3) I want to be near in the place of my residence so I can render a quality service to my
pupils and longer time to my place of assignment.
4) I would like to share my expertise in molding or nurturing our learners in my own
barangay.
5) I want to save time, money and effort in travelling.
