Rationale:

Gender and Development focuses on people and society as a whole. The attainment
of it relies much on the integration of gender concerns in all level of process. That’s why
integration of it was being mandated for all government agencies to include Gender and
Development in every plan and activities.

With these, Datalblao National High School responded by having this training in order
that DNHS and stakeholders become aware of gender concerns affecting the school,
students and families as well. This training advocates Gender and Development Program
in the Barangay and the municipality of Columbio.

VI. Objectives:

At the end of the training, every participant shall have raised their level of awareness
on GAD issues and concerns. Specifically, they shall be able to:

1. Discuss the role of social media on gender issues.

2. Discuss psychosocial wellness of the employees.
3. Discuss mental wellness of the employees.
